Darrell Edquist is a Senior Loan Officer with Fairfield Mortgage. Since joining the mortgage industry in 1993, Darrell has helped approximately 1000 families finance their homes.

Darrell’s experience as well as his problem-solving and customer service skills have launched him to the top of the industry and made him one of the top loan officers in Georgia. In fact, in 2009, 2010, and 2011, Darrell was the #1 loan officer at his Wells Fargo branch.

Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Darrell worked at Eastman Kodak leading key strategic sales teams. Darrell’s sales and customer service background has proved invaluable in his mortgage career giving him a strong foundation to create the very highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction for his clients.

Darrell was born in California and graduated from California State University, Fullerton. He met his wife, Sue, in California and they have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful daughters. Darrell and his family moved to Georgia in 1998 and are thrilled to still call Georgia home!

Darrell and Sue’s oldest daughter, Alexandra, is a senior at Alpharetta High School and a champion equestrian horse back rider. She is also a member of her high school orchestra. She currently ranks third in her class for grade point average and plans to attend law school somewhere in the South next year.

Alexandra’s youngest sister, Austin, is a junior at Alpharetta High School and a competitive cheerleader. Her high school team won the 2011 high school state cheerleading championship and she was also a member of a team, Georgia All-Stars, which won the World Cheerleading Championships in 2010 as well!

Darrell’s hobbies include golf, tennis, snow boarding and skiing with his family, and watching his children in their many horse back riding and cheerleading competitions.
