Karen has resided in Atlanta since 1978. She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance. Karen began her career as a bank teller, then joined Fairfield Mortgage in 1993 enthused by the wealth of talent and integrity Richard Sissom had assembled.

Karen has maintained the highest standards of courtesy, integrity and expertise as she has worked her way through every department. With on-going continuing education Karen keeps up-to-date on the latest regulations and products. By keeping current she is able to eliminate any 'surprises' on closing day.
