Lea Lea Brown is a Loan Officer with Fairfield Mortgage, a native of Knoxville, Tn, and a University of Tennessee Alumnae. Lea Lea has a fascinating background, much of it centered around her life-long hobby of golf. She was trained as a teenager by the legendary Tommy Armour and went on to play on the LPGA tour. After her playing days were over, she opened up the first three retail golf shops (not affiliated with a private club) with pro-line equipment on the East Coast. Her original three stores were in Boca Raton (FL), Lake Worth (FL), and within Lenox Square in Atlanta.

For generations, Lea Lea's family owned and operated Kern's Bakeries, which served the Southeast with breads and baked goods. Her father was the President and CEO for many years. After her retail golf career, Lea Lea was coaxed into the family business and set up permanent residence in Atlanta where she became an Ingredients Broker to large wholesale bakeries such as Flowers Industries. Lea Lea ran her own ingredients brokerage company for many years. This led to a business partnership with an ex-NFL player where they bought the old Pillsbury plant in East Atlanta and made biscuits for all of Kentucky Fried Chicken's stores on the East coast.

After giving all of her self to the golf and baking industries for decades in the 90's, Lea Lea finally found her true calling to the mortgage industry in the 2000's. Lea Lea has worked at several small brokerage shops over the last decade before finally landing at her permanent home, Fairfield Mortgage. She is certified and licensed to originate and close residential purchase, refinance, and construction mortgages across the United States. Lea Lea loves originating loans and is proud to do so out of Intown Atlanta, where she has lived since the 1970's.

Lea Lea is an avid animal lover of dogs, cats, and saltwater aquarium fish. She also continues to enjoy her life-long hobby of golf. She is happy to discuss pets or mortgages most anytime on the links!
