Matt was raised in Peachtree City, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Tech in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. During his senior year Matt was president of the Phi Delta Theta Chapter at Tech, and continues to remain active in the young alumni association.

Matt is currently the Reverse Mortgage Specialist for Fairfield Mortgage. As a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, he is able to help senior homeowners withdraw equity from their homes without having a monthly mortgage payment.
